How long does shipping take?
All our items are 3D printed to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Greece (domestic): 2–4 business days
- Europe: 2–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
- USA: 2–7 business days
- Australia, New Zealand & Canada: 12–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–25 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package anytime using 17TRACK at 17track.net. Simply enter your tracking number to see real-time updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to Greece, across Europe, the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Cyprus, and many more countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What materials do you use?
We primarily use high-quality PLA and PETG filaments, chosen for their durability, detail, and finish. Each material has its strengths:
- PLA: Great detail and vibrant colours — ideal for display pieces and decorative items.
- PETG: More flexible and heat-resistant — perfect for functional parts and items that need extra durability.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because every item is 3D printed by hand, there may be very slight variations in colour, texture, or finish compared to the product photos. This is a natural characteristic of 3D printing and part of what makes each piece unique. We always aim for the highest quality and consistency.
How do I care for my 3D printed item?
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent colour fading (especially PLA).
- Avoid exposure to high heat (e.g. car dashboards in summer, dishwashers) as this can warp the item.
- Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth — do not submerge in water.
- Handle with care — while durable, 3D printed items can crack if dropped on hard surfaces.

Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! We love bringing custom ideas to life. Whether you want a personalised colour, a modified design, or something completely unique, we're happy to discuss it. Here's how:

- Describe what you're looking for — dimensions, colours, references, or any special requirements.
- We'll get back to you with a quote and estimated timeline.
Custom orders may require additional production time and pricing will vary based on complexity.
Can I choose the colour of my item?
Many of our products offer colour options directly on the product page. If you don't see the colour you want, reach out to us — we may be able to accommodate your request as a custom order.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please visit our full Return Policy page for detailed information. In summary:
- Returns are accepted within the applicable window from delivery of your last item.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
