How long does shipping take?

All our items are 3D printed to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Greece (domestic): 2–4 business days
Europe: 2–10 business days
United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
USA: 2–7 business days
Australia, New Zealand & Canada: 12–20 business days
Rest of the World: 14–25 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package anytime using 17TRACK at 17track.net. Simply enter your tracking number to see real-time updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide to Greece, across Europe, the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Cyprus, and many more countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What materials do you use?

We primarily use high-quality PLA and PETG filaments, chosen for their durability, detail, and finish. Each material has its strengths:

PLA: Great detail and vibrant colours — ideal for display pieces and decorative items.
PETG: More flexible and heat-resistant — perfect for functional parts and items that need extra durability.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Because every item is 3D printed by hand, there may be very slight variations in colour, texture, or finish compared to the product photos. This is a natural characteristic of 3D printing and part of what makes each piece unique. We always aim for the highest quality and consistency.

How do I care for my 3D printed item?

Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent colour fading (especially PLA).
Avoid exposure to high heat (e.g. car dashboards in summer, dishwashers) as this can warp the item.
Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth — do not submerge in water.
Handle with care — while durable, 3D printed items can crack if dropped on hard surfaces.

Can I request a custom order?

Absolutely! We love bringing custom ideas to life. Whether you want a personalised colour, a modified design, or something completely unique, we're happy to discuss it. Here's how:

Can I choose the colour of my item?

Many of our products offer colour options directly on the product page. If you don't see the colour you want, reach out to us — we may be able to accommodate your request as a custom order.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within the applicable window from delivery of your last item.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

All our controller holders are handcrafted using professional FDM 3D printing. This guide covers the most common questions about fit, stability, cable routing, and care — based on verified details from our product range.

Which controllers fit your holders?

Compatibility varies by product, so always check the individual product page. Based on our current range:

Wolverine Inspired Controller Holder: PlayStation 5 DualSense, PlayStation 4 DualShock, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller, and most third-party gaming controllers.
Super Mario Controller Holder: Designed specifically for the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller; also comfortably fits PS5 DualSense, Xbox, and most standard controllers.
Tentacle Controller Holder: Compatible with PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and Steam controllers.
Squirtle, Charmander, Crystal & other character holders: Designed to fit PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo controllers (standard sizes). Specific compatibility is confirmed on each product listing.

Will the holder fit on my desk? What about stability?

Our controller stands are designed to sit flat on any standard desk or shelf surface. The Crystal Controller Stand has published dimensions of 6.4 × 5.4 × 5.6 inches (H × D × W), which is a helpful reference for desk footprint. Dimensions for other models are listed on their individual product pages.

All holders feature a stable base suitable for everyday desktop use. Because every piece is 3D printed by hand, there may be minor surface variations, but these do not affect stability. We do not recommend placing holders on uneven or unstable surfaces.

How does cable routing and charging work?

Our controller holders are open-slot display and storage stands — they hold your controller safely in a resting position on your desk. You can charge your controller as normal while it sits in the stand; simply plug the charging cable into your controller from the front or side. The open design means cables are not routed through the holder itself, so there is no need to thread or clip cables in place.

If you have a specific cable management setup in mind, reach out to us — custom modifications may be possible.

What direction does the cable face?

Because controllers rest facing forward in the stand, the USB-C or charging port on your controller faces outward toward you. This means the cable runs naturally away from the stand toward your console or charging dock, keeping your desk tidy without any awkward cable angles.

What material are the controller holders made from?

Controller holders in our range are made from premium PLA plastic, produced using professional FDM 3D printing. PLA delivers excellent surface detail and vibrant colour options. It is a rigid, durable material well-suited to display and light functional use.

Because these are handmade items, slight colour variations between batches are a natural characteristic of the filament — not a defect.

How do I care for my controller holder?

Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. A very slightly damp cloth is fine for marks.
Do not submerge in water or use wet wipes, sprays, or abrasive cleaners.
Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight — UV exposure can cause PLA to fade or become brittle over time.
Avoid temperatures above 50 °C (122 °F) — do not leave near radiators, in cars during summer, or close to other heat sources, as PLA can warp.
Handle with care — while the holder is durable for everyday use, dropping it on a hard surface may cause cracking.
