Returns
We accept returns on non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Include all accessories and components originally received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Personalized or custom-designed products.

Products made specifically to your requested customization.

Final sale items.
Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind, incorrect personalization details provided by the customer, or incorrect color or variant selections made during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll review the issue promptly and provide the most appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.
